ECE Supply List

ALL STUDENTS

• 1 ream of printer paper
• 1 Package thin/fine tip dry erase markers
• 1 bottle Elmers school glue
• 1 Small container of Cream of Tartar (we make playdough monthly)
• 1 container cornstarch
• 1 can unscented shaving cream
• Backpack large enough to accommodate 9”x12” folder
• Full change of clothes in a labeled Ziploc bag
• Pull ups or diapers if needed

Students with last name: A–M

• 1 roll packing tape
• 1 bag of all purpose flour
• 1 box sandwich sized Ziplocs
• 1 box of tissues

Students with last name: N–Z

• 1 roll masking tape
• 1 box baking soda
• 1 bottle white vinegar
• 1 pack of unscented baby wipes

Transition to Kindergarten

School Supplies

• Issaquah School District will be providing school supplies (crayons, markers, pencils, glue, folders, etc.) to our TK students. 
• Please provide a backpack and water bottle for your child to bring to school, daily. The backpack must be big enough to comfortably fit a standard size folder and water bottle (no mini backpacks). 
• Accidents and messes happen! Please send in a set of extra clothes (shirt, pants, underpants, socks) for us to keep handy in our classroom. Place in a Ziploc bag and label with your child's name. If you anticipate that your child may have bathroom accidents, we recommend sending in two sets of extra clothes. Please bring extra clothes to the Family Connection Meeting or send to school in your child's backpack on their first day of school. 

Kindergarten Supply List

Please label the following items with your child’s name:

• Backpack (No rolling backpacks. Must be able to hold a folder and large projects.)
• 2 pencil boxes (approximately 6”X 9” in size)
• 1 spiral bound notebook with wide rule paper
• 1 pair of Fiskar scissors

Many of the kindergarten supplies will be used as community tools and shared throughout the year. Please DO NOT label the following with your child’s name:

• 12 pencils (Ticonderoga brand and sharpened)
• 2 boxes of classic color markers (10 COUNT, regular size, Crayola brand, no skinny or scented markers)
• 1 box of colored pencils (12 COUNT, Crayola brand)
• 2 boxes of crayons (24 COUNT, Crayola brand)
• 12 Elmer’s glue sticks
• 1 pink eraser
• 1 ream of white printer paper
• 1 box of Kleenex
• 3 black Expo markers (fine point)
• 1 package unscented baby wipes

Girls:

• 1 pack of unscented baby wipes

Boys:

• 1 box of Ziploc bags (sandwich size)

1^st Grade Supply List

• 1 box Crayola crayons – 24 count
• 4 black dry erase markers (Expo)
• 1 pair blunt tip Fiskars scissors
• 1 box Crayola markers – broad tip, classic colors
• 1 backpack – large enough to fit folders and projects inside
• Headphones – USB Port required (no Bluetooth)

Shared supplies, passed out as needed:

• 20 glue sticks
• 1 black Sharpie fine tip
• 24 pencils - #2, Ticonderoga, pre-sharpened
• 6 black flair pens (Papermate)

• 1 pair scissors – small, blunt tip
• 1 pair headphones (USB port required - no Bluetooth) – Please put in gallon Ziploc
• Backpack or book bag
• 2 wide-ruled composition notebooks

• 8 Sharpies (4 fine, 4 extra fine)
• Highlighters - Minimum of 3 - any color
• 1 pack Crayola color markers (thin or thick)
• Watercolors
• 1 - 12” ruler
• Expo Dry erase (nontoxic) markers – about 10 per student
• 1 dark sock (for expo marker eraser)
• Glue Sticks – about 4 sticks
• Eraser – pink or white
• Water bottle
• Computer headphones (USB or USB Adaptor – no Bluetooth)
• 5 Composition Notebooks (wide ruled)
• 1 Container of disinfectant wipes (Clorox)

Science Tech (4^th/5^th)

General Supplies (Please label these items)

• 1 – zipper-closure binder (3-ring, 2”, kids like to have straps too)
• 1 – 5 subject tabs for 3 ring binders
• 1 – pencil pouch (for desk)
• 1 – notebook - graph or lined (math)
• 2 – 2-subject (with pocket divider) notebook (1 2-subject notebook for reading/writing & 1 2-subject notebook for science/social studies)
• 1 – composition notebook (class journal)

Student Planners will be ordered for students for the school year. Please watch for a fee in September.

• Colored pencils - 12 or 24 pack – (pre-sharpened)
• 12 pack Crayola crayons
• Fine Tip Markers (for smaller detail work, small packs please)
• Broad Tip Markers (larger, for poster and projects, similar to Mr. Sketch)
• 1 pair of scissors (medium size)
• Headphones (for computer work) with USB connector or separate USB adapter

Students will have a cubby box provided in the classroom to keep the supplies they use every day.
