Viewing Report Card and Test Score Reports in Family Access

To view your student's Report Card or a Test Score Report, login to your Family Access account. If you need assistance accessing your account, please contact the registrar at your student's school. Once you are logged in, you will be able to find Report Cards and Test Score Reports in the Portfolio. 

 

In the Portfolio, you will see a section called Portfolio - Attachments for each of your students. Click on the Report Card or Test Score Report name that you would like to view to download the file.

 

Some Report Cards and Test Score reports will require an eSignature prior to being able to download the file. If an Electronic Signature box appears, read through the agreement and check the I Agree box. This will fill in your signature and add a date and time stamp. Then click Submit Signature to download the file.

 

 

The Report Card or Test Score Report will then download to your computer. Open the file to view your student's Report Card or Test Score Report.

You can save or print a copy for your record. Family Access will only show Report Cards for the current school year and the previous school year. All earlier Report Cards will need to be requested from the Registrar at your student's school.
